The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor, with access to a neat dog friendly enclosed garden and a spacious elevated decked patio with seating, a barbecue and boasting simply the most stunning and breath-taking views over the beach, Bempton Cliffs and out to sea. The first floor is accessed by a quirky ’paddle’ wooden staircase which is steeper than normal, and leads into an unusual bedroom with limited headroom in certain places - most suited to children and teenagers.  There are 2 ground floor bedrooms with a family bathroom comprising of a  bath/shower and 1 ensuite shower room and toilet to the front bedroom.  There is also Freeview TV & a German Euro Satellite box in this bedroom.

The Villa also has WIFI, a dishwasher & washing machine for guests use.  Bed linen and towels are provided but not beach towels
